Hello Families,
If you are needing records for your child you can now submit a request electronically and pick up at the school from 12pm- 3pm Wednesday and Thursday of the week. Their will be no last minute request, please submit a form in advance. Please keep in mind that request will only be granted to the legal guardian(s) of students, current grades are posted via Skyward Family Portal. We highly recommend you log in to view and print your child’s grades via the portal.

If a student has their phone confiscated, a parent/guardian must pick the electronic up.
A $15 electronic pick up fee will incur PER confiscation for every electronic.
Best practice is to keep electronics in backpack during the school day.

AP Students should plan to arrive at 7:30 AM on their test days (bus riders are fine to arrive on their normal schedules). AP tests begin Monday, 5/2, through Friday, 5/13.
This upcoming Friday we will have our final School Assembly for the year and we would like to welcome the families of the Juniors and Seniors to campus as audience members.
We will be holding the Candlelight Ceremony which is where the Juniors are ceremoniously passed the torch by the soon to graduate Senior class. There will be speeches given by both 11th grade teachers and students. Following the Ceremony the Senior Class will have their final walk through campus before being dismissed from Campus for the year.
Any parents that wish to attend we are asking them to arrive to the school by 8:45 for the ceremony that begins at 9.
12th Grade Save the Date
Senior Signing Day is Wednesday, May 25th at 10:45AM! For senior directions and family tickets, please check your email for a memo from Ms. Pugh
Commencement is on Saturday, June 4th at 12PM. Doors open at 11am and each seniors will be able to have 8 guests attend. More information will come out early May from Ms. Pugh to your email.
Both Senior Signing Day and Commencement will be livestreamed for friends and family members unable to attend in person!
Summer Opportunity Spotlight
Current 9th, 10th, and 11th graders are encouraged to apply for Wonderworks Houston - a pre-college summer opportunity held at the University of Houston. For more information, visit: https://www.wonderworkshouston.org/program-overview

Senior Credit Recovery - May 18- May 26. Seniors must complete all Credit Recovery course(s) by 5pm on Thursday, May 26, 2022 to meet requirements to participate in the graduation ceremony on June 4, 2022. Students must earn a 70 or higher in each course. For more info, contact Mrs. Parsons or Ms. Everage.
