Updated Student Restroom Expecations
Over the past few weeks, we've seen an increase in students incidents occurring in the restroom. As a result, we are limiting student restroom access during instructional time. Restrooms will be open during a 45 minute window each class period and during lunch periods. Restrooms will be closed during the first 45 minutes of each class period, allowing teachers to set class expecations and students to engage fully in their entrance assignments. We believe that this updated protocol will protect instructional time and assist with keeping our restrooms clean and safe.

- March 1st is the SAT for all Juniors.
- March 1st, select seniors will be testing for the TSIA. All students testing have received a parent letter with communication regarding which section of the exam their student needs to take. Students need to bring this form back signed.
- Junior Spring Trip is happening March 22-25 for local and regional students. National students have already been informed of their week and specific dates. All payment is due by March 9th.

Each week, teachers are required to enter and update grades in the Skyward gradebook. If you have any questions about your student's grades (including missing information or updates), please reach out directly to their teacher through email.
Upcoming Exams:
Students identified for the Unified Tutorials program will begin their afterschool tutorials the week of January 30.
Parents/guardians will continue to receive notification over the weekend confirming the
date and subject of their student's tutorials. If you have any questions, please email chrystal.golden@yesprep.org
